ROOBOL, ELIZABETH "BETTY" (nee POELSTRA)
On Wednesday, September 21st, 2016 at Mayfield Retirement Residence Prescott Betty Roobol peacefully entered into rest at the age of 83 years. Elizabeth Roobol beloved wife of the late Marinus Roobol. Dear Mother of Connie Madigan (Steve), Joe (Cyndie), Teresa Gibson (Don), Heather Primeau (Les), and Cornelis. Grandmother of numerous Grandchildren Great Grandchildren and step Grandchildren. Betty is survived by her siblings John Poelstra (Rina), Shirley Hammel, Ann Westendorp, Liz Khan (Paul), Jane Vanston, and Nellie Webster. She was predeceased by her two brothers Fred and Pieter. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St. West Prescott on Monday September 26th, 2016 PRIVATE Family visitation from 1-3 PM and PUBLIC visitation from 6-8 PM with funeral service in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, September 27th, 2016 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in Maynard Cemetery County Road 26 Maynard, ON. A Luncheon will follow the interment at the Grenville Snowmobile Club 4901 Charleville Road Everyone welcome.
