ELWOOD, PETER WILLIAM

On Tuesday, December 22nd, 2015 at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site Peter Elwood peacefully entered into rest . He was 72 years old. Peter Elwood beloved husband of the late Barbara Elwood (nee Grey). Dear Father of Kimberly Hartle (Greg), and James Elwood. Peter was the much loved Grandfather of Zoe, Courtney, Ali, Lizzy and Ethan. He is survived by his brother Michael Elwood (Kate) and sisters Elaine Elwood and Sandra Madore (Mike). Peter was predeceased by his parents Peter and Helen (Jo) Elwood. Also survived by his Australian family Bob and Bev Chapple and Wendy and family.

Peter was dedicated to his family, he loved his grandchildren dearly, his dogs and his long walks in the woods, a world traveller and a man of great knowledge and talent. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St. West Prescott on Wednesday December 23rd, 2015 from 12-1 PM, funeral service will follow in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home at 1 PM.
