SPICER, ROGER EDWIN
Peacefully at his residence in Prescott Roger Spicer entered into rest on Thursday, July 27th, 2017 at the age of 69 years. Roger is survived by his sister Sharon (Mike) Dewan of Ottawa, brother Jerry (Brenda) Spicer of Domville and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Ted and Edna Spicer.
