Timothy joined Chris Slater Funeral Home in 1990 and has been in funeral services for the past 26 years. Tim attended Humber College in Toronto and received his Funeral Director's License in 1995. Born and raised in Prescott the son of the late Duncan MACKAY and the Late Sandi MACKAY (Robinson). Tim comes from a large family; he is a twin and one of seven boys. Tim spends his free time with his Spouse Dan and son Travis. Tim is a past Warden of St. John’s Anglican Church, Prescott, a 2015 Director of the South Grenville Chamber of Commerce and a member of I.O.O.F. Amity 80 in Prescott.

Chris was born and raised on a dairy farm in Inkerman. He joined the N.H Hammond Funeral Home in Spencerville in 1965. Attended Canadian School of Embalming in Toronto and received his Funeral Director's License in 1967. He worked in Orillia and Vankleek Hill - Hawkesbury before purchasing the former George T. Appleton Funeral Home on Edward St., Prescott in 1976 and the G. Brown Funeral Home McDonald Chapel on Dibble St West, Prescott in 2000. Chris and his wife Christine are semi retired but remain very active in the community.

Started in funeral services with the late George Appleton. Working for George in the furniture store and the funeral home for 17 years. Bill became owner of the Shell Service station located on King Street. Bill was married to his late wife Angela for 53 plus years. He has two children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bill has been a Prescott Volunteer Firefighter for the past 60 years and is still working at 78 yrs young.

Waddy joined the team at MACKAY Funeral Home in 2012. Having worked for the OPP and the Prescott Police Department he has been the by-law enforcement officer for the village of Cardinal and he was employed with the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal prior to his 2017 retirement. Waddy has coached Minor Hockey for 34 seasons, an avid hunter and fisherman and also enjoys golf and four-wheeling. Waddy was married to the love of his life the late Beth (Poaps) for 42 plus wonderful years. They have 4 children, Michael, Shawna (Adam Becker), Kortney and Nathan as well as 4 wonderful grandchildren Marley Maddox, identical twins Lily Beth and Fawn Rose and the newest grandchild Beau Nicholas. Waddy lives in the village of Cardinal where he was born and raised and is a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan.

Paula joined our firm in 2012, She enjoys helping out where ever she is needed.
When not at the funeral home Paula works at St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville. She enjoys spending time with her two sons Brandon and Bradley. Paula is the daughter of Larry and Debbie McIlvenna
